We accept cancellations within 2 days of purchase for a full refund.

Returns

If you need to return an item:

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Items must be in original condition to receive a full refund; otherwise, a partial refund may apply.
• We do not offer exchanges—simply return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
• Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please email info@reganflegan.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the defect before returning the item. We will review the case and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping Options

• You may use your preferred shipping method to return the item.
• If you’d like us to provide a prepaid return label, we can deduct the shipping cost from your refund. Contact us for details.
